Professional, great pricing and punctual. I believe Gage was the tech who had provided the repair services. Throughout the windshield repair process, he was professional and clear on how it all worked. I was surprised at how good he was at the job. Really hope his effort/work ethic is acknowledged by Glazton. It's employees like him that keep customers returning. His assistant was also there and helping as well. Overall amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I got my CRV’s rear glass replaced by Glazton. Pros - was price was the best and they were available earlier than other companies - 48 hours since first contact. Owner always picked up my call and made some effort resolve my issues Cons - the technician really messed up my door while replacing the glass fine. As soon as I turned on the car after glass replacement WHILE in their shop, there was an error that Lyft gate problem - it would not open Lyft gate with pressing the button. This error had never come up before but technician refused to take any responsibility. Owner Abdul contacted technician who had already left and I was told it will go away. It did not and I was forced to come back next morning. Technician re did the wires and error went away. Two days later, my trunk stopped opening and again they refused to take any responsibility. This time Lyft gate is jammed completely and I ended up paying money to dealership to get it all evaluated as they refused to touch the car since it’s not a “glass issue”. All of these issues started the moment I brought the car in for rear glass replacement. May be I just had bad luck, but posting here to alert others as I would rather go to

Excellent experience with Glazton Auto Glass! The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Also convenient they came to my work and replace my windshield. Gage, the technician, was especially impressive—very skilled, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Glazton Auto Glass and ask for Gage if you can!
